I have some messages from one of our classmates,he mentioned that the indepent of his country was worse that before when it was under controled by an wester county.The government now they have no ablilties to run the country.The life in his country is harder than before.The students who sent by the government are not the right people-they are not qualified to study overseas.
Another fact is there are many European counties now come together,they have the same currency,they have an organization to do the members business.
Is it indepent are always good for the people?
Did you know that in US there are some states like Mexican state(?),it belong to Mexico before.Why they don't want to stay with their motherland?
There are many different people with different cultures in the world.Should they all be indepent?

First of all, I think it's better you can finish whole 4 parts of the film(documentary), you can find out all the question you were interested about the film. I can tell you some history about the place where I was born and the nationality who own that land. The invader of Qin(清朝) were start from 1759，We were fight with them 153 years，1912 they Empire destroyed, and ex Chinese Government try to take over，same as Communist Chinese now, We actually twice independent in 1933 and 1944 both at the day of 12 Nov. but final we become the victim of the Cold War， our supporter Russian Soviet Union had betrayed us for The Good relationship with new Communist Chinese government and other reasons。 The soldier I talked about is Bingtuan(兵团)in that region。I heard it and I See it from my own eyes after I grown up。 I born their and I grown up there in Urumqi, I came here 4 years ago. Independent its self is good as always, (Do you want do live in the china rule by 8 European Country who were invade China before?) no, you wont, so am I. After independent if shit leader take control， bad things will happen，but it will changed by time。 About US when they lose their power, New mexico will have its choice. In Australia, through British more than 200 years of invade, lots aboriginal dead ,language destroy, they almost disappear, I don't think aboriginal people want to be independent and they also don't have that power. The problem of them is keep exist in the world and Australia Government are helping them now because of what they did to them in history.
